1. Job Title: Plant Manager  ($ 40k to 50k )

2. Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities
 Ensure the accident and incident free operation of the plant.  Ensure the efficient operation of the plant, including testing and monitoring plant processes, and maximizing plant productivity. Responsible for compliance with all HSE guidelines, requirements and regulations, including maintaining all documentation and performing all testing required by regulatory agencies. Maintain all administrative records including maintenance, production, safety, and accounting. Ensure all personnel-related documentation is complete and accurate. Direct/coordinate operating personnel activities.  Provide on-call assistance to plant personnel. Responsible for the facility's quality standards compliance. Control costs to achieve budget targets. Establish and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program. Establish positive interdepartmental relationships to ensure continuous customer satisfaction. Manage employee training and keep operational knowledge at the highest                     possible level.

3. General Requirements

Skill Set/Knowledge/Expertise 
 5 or more years' experience with the operation and maintenance of industrial gas plants, or equivalent General understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation  Strong supervisory skills
